How does it work?

Building a ROPS Tray with AMVE

Step 1

Consultation & Vehicle Assessment

We begin by understanding your vehicle, it’s application, and compliance requirements to ensure the ROPS tray is designed to meet all operational and safety needs.

Step 2

Design & Engineering

Using CAD, our highly skilled team designs the ROPS tray to ensure precise fitment, structural strength, and alignment with vehicle requirements.

Step 3

In-House Fabrication

Built on-site by our skilled staff using advanced fabrication equipment, each tray undergoes precise cutting, welding, and assembly. This in-house process ensures structural integrity, fitment accuracy, and consistent quality.

Step 4

ROPS Assembly & Fitting

Once the tray is finished fabrication and paint, it moves to our assembly team, who test fit and install onto the vehicle.

Step 5

Quality Checks & Fitment

Final inspections and fitment are completed to ensure the ROPS tray meets safety, performance, and finish standards.

Step 6

Out The Door

The ROPS tray is now ready for delivery and to perform in demanding conditions.
